Wash and dry produce. Peel and dice half of @red onion{2%unit}; thinly slice remaining onion. Zest and quarter @lime{2%unit}. Core, deseed, and dice @bell peper{2%unit}. Dice @sweet potato{2%unit}.

In a #small microwave-safe bowl{}, combine sliced onion, @sugar{1/2%teaspoon}, juice from three @lime{} wedges, and a pinch of @salt{}. Cover with #plastic wrap{} and microwave for ~{30%seconds}. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Heat a drizzle of @cooking oil{} in a #large pan{}. Add @ground turkey{20%ounce} and cook, breaking up meat, until lightly browned, ~{2%minutes}.

Reduce heat to medium. Stir in diced onion, bell peper, sweet potato, @mirepoix paste{2%ounce}, @Fry seasoning{2%tablespoon}, @water{1%cup} (2 cups for 4 servings), a large drizzle of @cooking oil{}, and as much of @chili powder{2%teaspoon} as you like. Cover and cook until these are t and turkey is cooked until ~{5%minutes}. Uncover and cook, stirring a handful, until all but a thin layer of liquid has cooked, ~{4%minutes}.

Meanwhile, in a #small bowl{}, combine @lime{} zest, @sour cream{6%tablespoon}, and a few drops of juice. If necessary, add water by the tablespoon until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency. Season with salt and pepper.

Once most of the liquid in pan has evaporated, reduce heat to low. Top birkey mixture with @moza cheese{1%cup}. Cover and cook until cheese has melted, ~{1%minute}.

Top skillet with lime cream and pickled onion (removing first). Serve family style from the skillet.

Ground frying turkey is fully cooked at internal temperature reaches 165°F.
